This 7 Week Cleanse program has been put together by Naturo Health Care from over 20 years of experience in the health industry as a Registered Cardiac Nurse and Naturopath. The main aim of this Cleanse is to work with your body and make Food your Medicine as you learn new habits in health. The first two weeks are about Cleansing your system with diet and lifestyle tips. The second two weeks are about Repairing the gut and nervous system, lastly the third section is two weeks of Rejuvenation with diet and lifestyle tips to support this. Each of these two week blocks has additional herbal medicine and Certified organic herbal blended teas to support the body thorugh this process. These are all included in the total costing of the program. As well Monday night Weekly group Zoom sessions. I am available over the 7 Weeks to keep you on track and touch base weekly as needed. Naturo has also patnered up so You can also opt for Saunas, Massage and Weight / Blood pressure monitor for an additional costing. They run 4 times a year.
